Notably, 16% or $357,000 is for paramedic services and vehicle replacement, while 11% or $230,000 represents the county's monthly contribution to Weber Human Services. Other expenditures included $183,000 in grants awarded to local organizations and contributions to the convention and visitors bureau, conference center remodel, road supplies, and dispatch services.
The top five vendors receiving payments this week included Weber Human Services at $235,000, Ogden City Corporation at $159,000, Ogden Weber Convention Visitors Bureau at $133,000, Wheeler Machinery at $132,000, and Westnet Incorporated at $130,000.
