Attorney Steven Bellas, representing CommLinc, presented the application during the April 25, 2024, zoning meeting, emphasizing the project's alignment with state mandates for affordable housing. Bellas clarified that the project would incorporate parking spaces previously leased from Success Village, now legally part of the application.
