Programa Single Success implements new internship rules for summer participants

Sick time can be used for personal illness, medical appointments, or caring for a sick family member, with participants earning one hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked, in accordance with Massachusetts law.

Another important rule established for the summer program is the prohibition of cell phone use during work hours, emphasizing the focus on productivity and engagement.
