Director Paddock outlines freight challenges facing Colorado's Eastern Plains transportation system

The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) held a Telephone Town Hall on May 30, 2025, focusing on transportation issues affecting Cheyenne, Elbert, Kit Carson, Lincoln, Logan, and surrounding counties.
