Jack Corru Latua presents Silverback Coffee's mission to support Rwanda and wildlife

Silverback Coffee, named after the endangered gorillas, imports high-quality coffee beans and tea directly from Rwanda, emphasizing sustainable practices and community support.

Latua's journey to success is deeply rooted in his personal history. He arrived in the United States as a refugee, escaping the genocide in Rwanda in 1994. His path was marked by challenges, including uncertainty about the fate of his family back home. The company donates a portion of its profits to organizations that support education and provide services for widows and orphans in Rwanda. Furthermore, Silverback Coffee collaborates with the Rwandan government to enhance wildlife conservation efforts and ensure the sustainability of natural resources.
