Board approves abatement requests for multiple properties including 98 Sutton Road

The Board of Assessors for the Town of Needham convened on June 3, 2025, to announce the results of recent applications for property tax abatements. The meeting followed an executive session where the board reviewed several applications.

No action was taken on several other properties, including 961 Great Plains Avenue, 100, 0 Chestnut Street, 1201 Highland Avenue, 206 A Street, 161 Highland Avenue, and 283 Chestnut Street.

The meeting concluded with the scheduling of the next session for Thursday, June 5, at 9:30 AM. The board adjourned shortly after confirming these decisions.
