The evening began with the recognition of Adelie Flores, a standout student with a remarkable 3.925 GPA, placing her in the top 10% of her class. Adelie, the daughter of Ivan and Carmen Flores, aspires to be an interior designer, driven by a passion for creating spaces that are not only beautiful but also safe and emotionally engaging.

Her dedication extends beyond academics; Adelie is a true student-athlete, participating in volleyball, basketball, track, softball, and powerlifting. She also actively engages in numerous extracurricular activities, including student council, National Honor Society, and band. Notably, she has even launched her own business selling fresh-squeezed flavored lemonades at local farmers' markets. Her impressive work ethic and kindness have made her a role model for her peers.

Following Adelie, Mackenzie Kolb was celebrated for her commitment to pursuing a career in healthcare. Planning to attend Seward County Community College, Mackenzie aims to become a respiratory therapist, inspired by her own health challenges and the compassionate care she received at Kansas City Children's Mercy. Known for her determination and leadership, Mackenzie has been involved in various activities, including 4-H, community theater, and athletics, showcasing her ability to balance academics and service.
