Crossroads Engineering secures approval for Roadstone Crossing Block 2

He requested acceptance of sanitary improvements and maintenance guarantees, along with the execution of the final plat for the development at the corner of Mullenix and Olive Branch Road. Thomas noted an error in the agenda regarding a performance guarantee, clarifying that none would be released at this time. He also mentioned that the necessary fees for inspection testing had been paid, although an inspection testing agreement had not been completed prior to the work.
