For instance, Eastview School requires approximately $8.5 million in repairs, while the high school tops the list with nearly $18.7 million needed, particularly for site work and HVAC upgrades. The middle school and Pinewood Elementary also face significant costs, with estimates of $9 million and over $9 million, respectively.
