The owner, Sunbu Funero, addressed the board, acknowledging the challenges he faced due to personal matters but expressed his commitment to repairing the property. He indicated that contractors for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work were already lined up, although he anticipated that the repairs might take longer than the stipulated 60 days for inspections.
