Dayton invests $145K in Ronald McDonald House landscaping and addresses lead service line compliance

This structure, under the management of the Montgomery County Land Bank, suffered from a facade and parapet wall failure earlier this year. The city is navigating insurance claims to recover costs incurred during emergency stabilization efforts.
