Reno City Council approves Ranch Era PUD amendment despite opposition concerns

Additionally, the council addressed sign regulations within the Reno Municipal Code, amending various sections to improve clarity and consistency. This includes provisions for animated signs associated with schools and adjustments to ensure content neutrality in sign regulations.
