Wildwood Parade Committee plans 30th anniversary festivities and sponsorship outreach

The City of Wildwood is gearing up for its highly anticipated annual celebration, with significant progress reported during the June 5, 2025, Wildwood Celebration Commission meeting. Key highlights include the finalized parade route and a call for community support to boost sponsorships, which currently stand at $15,600—short of the $35,000 goal.

The parade, a central feature of the celebration, will take place along Main Street and Eastgate Lane, with police assistance ensuring a smooth event. The commission is considering a commemorative sash for the Grand Marshal to mark the 30th anniversary of the celebration, a suggestion that received enthusiastic support from members.

In addition to the parade, the commission discussed the need for increased sponsorships, particularly from local businesses.
