Bay Oaks Recreational Campus redevelopment bid opened with Parsons Service Group as winner

The Town Council of Fort Myers Beach held a bid opening meeting on June 9, 2025, to discuss proposals for the Bay Oaks Recreational Campus redevelopment program. The next steps involve a review of Parsons Service Corp's bid to determine if it is the most responsible and responsive option for the project. The council will make a recommendation based on this evaluation.
