Scottsdale honors volunteer Henry Crowder for life-saving actions at Pinnacle Peak

Scottsdale City Council recognized the heroic actions of volunteer Henry Crowder during their meeting on June 10, 2025. Crowder was commended for his quick thinking that saved the life of a city employee, John O'Neil, who suffered a medical emergency while hiking at Pinnacle Peak. Mayor praised Crowder's alertness, stating that his timely intervention allowed O'Neil to receive critical medical care, significantly aiding in his recovery.
