Chippewa County Board approves $2.8M for highway and IT capital projects

The Chippewa County Board convened on June 10, 2025, to discuss and approve several key resolutions that will significantly impact local infrastructure and public safety in the upcoming year.

One of the most notable decisions was the approval of a resolution to allocate $2.8 million from the sales tax fund for highway department capital improvement projects in the 2026 budget.
