Benjamin Tiaveda proposes zoning change for Donana RV park and food truck site

The site, located in a mixed-use area that includes single-family homes, mobile home parks, and commercial businesses, was previously zoned under the ETCS E village zone, which supports the development of unincorporated areas with a blend of residential and commercial activities. The property has a history of mobile homes, which have since been removed, leaving it vacant.

During the meeting, the commission reviewed detailed site plans and maps, highlighting the property's proximity to existing infrastructure, including a fourplex approved in 2020 and nearby commercial establishments.
