Chandler Unified School District (CUSD) has been recognized as the top public school district in Arizona, a testament to its commitment to academic excellence and community support, according to Superintendent Frank Narducci. This accolade sets a high bar for the upcoming school year, where the district aims to maintain its leading position through effective communication and innovative initiatives.

One of the key focuses for the 2025-2026 school year will be the implementation of lessons on kindness, civility, and bullying prevention for all students from kindergarten through grade 12. In a move to enhance student safety and accountability, CUSD will introduce a digital hall pass system for secondary schools. This system will allow parents and guardians to track their students' whereabouts on campus through the Infinite Campus parent portal. Celebrating achievements beyond academics, CUSD highlighted the success of Perry High School graduate Jalen Williams, who is currently playing in the NBA. In recognition of his accomplishments, a section of Puma Way has been temporarily renamed Jalen Williams Way, reflecting the pride the district takes in its students.
