Kaiser Parks Board considers extending park lighting hours to 10 PM amid noise concerns

Marsh and another neighbor, Kaye Klaus, both advocated for keeping the lights off by 9 PM to minimize disturbances.

The discussion also touched on the effectiveness of surveillance measures in the park. A camera installed at Willamette Manor Park has reportedly helped reduce vandalism, although concerns were raised about its coverage area and whether it could be improved to monitor more of the park.
