Avondale City Council approves zoning change for residential development

A significant development project in Avondale received unanimous approval from the City Council during a meeting on June 16, 2025. In addition to the housing development, the council also discussed the results of a biannual audit of development impact fees. The audit revealed variances between projected and actual growth, but no further action was required from the city. This audit is part of the city's ongoing efforts to ensure accurate planning and infrastructure development.
