Dorchester County plans outreach initiatives to support unhoused individuals during extreme cold

Over two decades ago, Hines attempted to take his own life from the San Francisco Bay Bridge. Today, he shares his journey as a beacon of hope and resilience. He is scheduled to present to the community on June 26 at South Rochester, accompanied by a panel of local peer support specialists and mental health providers. This free event promises to inspire and educate attendees, emphasizing the importance of mental health awareness and support.
