New Rochelle Mayor Herbert proclaims June 19 as Juneteenth Day celebration

Under the warm glow of city hall lights, the New Rochelle community gathered to celebrate a significant milestone—the Juneteenth Recognition Ceremony of 2025. Mayor Yaderos Ramos Herbert, radiating enthusiasm, welcomed attendees with heartfelt remarks.
