He noted that the rigid structure of townhomes would obstruct views and create a more crowded environment, diminishing the neighborhood's charm.

The community's request is clear: they urge the Planning Commission to deny the proposed changes. However, if the commission decides to approve the plan, Johnson outlined two conditions: the development of a landscaping plan to provide adequate screening for existing homes and the completion of Ridgeline Drive to improve traffic flow before any construction begins.

The meeting concluded with a letter from another resident, Andrew McAuliffe, who expressed similar concerns about the impact of the proposed development on their property and the assurances they received when purchasing their home. The commission's decision on this matter will be crucial in determining the future character and density of Creekwood Village.
