Midlothian Council discusses 179-acre industrial development on Forbes Road

Additionally, the cooling systems for the data centers will be mechanical, minimizing water usage to a maximum of 5,000 gallons per day per building, not exceeding eight buildings.

The council emphasized that drainage plans must be finalized in conjunction with the construction phases, and any substantial changes or variances to the site plans would require further review by the council.
