Delaware County Courthouse crossing installation begins for safer access

With less than two weeks until Independence Day, he urged the community to leave fireworks to the professionals. “If it goes up in the air or it goes boom, it’s not supposed to be used by citizens of Delaware,” he emphasized, encouraging families to enjoy sparklers and professional displays instead. The committee also touched on the maintenance of fire hydrants, with discussions about their recent painting. While some hydrants have been seen in white, it was clarified that this is merely a primer, and they will retain their traditional yellow or red colors once the maintenance is complete.
