Foxland Harbor residents voice opposition to proposed marina and commercial developments

In contrast, Rod Harker, CEO of High Point Health, spoke in favor of the development at Sumner Station, stating that it would enhance healthcare access for residents and improve patient care.

After the public comments, the council moved on to the consent agenda, which was approved without opposition. The meeting then addressed a resolution regarding a detached garage at 503 Coles Ferry Road. Although staff recommended denial of the resolution, the council approved it with one amendment.
