Clearwater City Board issues violation orders for multiple nuisance properties

Another case highlighted involved a property at 412 Princess Street, where inspectors noted the accumulation of trash and an inoperative vehicle. The owner’s daughter informed the board that her mother had passed away, complicating the situation. Nevertheless, the board insisted on compliance, mandating that the property be cleaned up within the same five-day timeframe.

The meeting also addressed ongoing issues at 1184 South Duncan Avenue, where inspectors reported grass growing nearly four feet tall. The board reiterated its commitment to maintaining neighborhood aesthetics and safety, ordering the property owner to mow the lawn and remove debris promptly.
