Cibolo Planning Commission unanimously approves rezoning from Muir to light industrial

The City of Cibolo City Council convened on June 24, 2025, to discuss several key agenda items, including a significant zoning change recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission.

The meeting then moved to the "citizens to be heard" segment, allowing residents to address the council on any issues, including agenda items. Citizens were reminded to sign in prior to the meeting and were limited to three minutes for their remarks. The council clarified that while they could not deliberate on non-agenda issues, they could provide factual responses to citizen inquiries.
