Chandler Unified School District unveils website redesign and new educational initiatives

Chandler Unified School District (CUSD) is gearing up for the upcoming school year with several key updates and initiatives discussed during the recent Governing Board meeting. As the district prepares for the 2025-2026 school year, families can expect a refreshed online experience with the launch of a new website designed to enhance accessibility and showcase the district's programs and success stories.

Superintendent Frank Narducci emphasized the importance of registering for transportation services through the parent portal in Infinite Campus, urging families to complete this process to ensure a smooth start on the first day of school. This registration is crucial, even for those who utilized transportation services in the previous year.

In a commitment to improving student attendance, CUSD will focus on addressing chronic absenteeism with the motto "every student every day in school." The district encourages families to work together to ensure students arrive on time, reinforcing the importance of consistent attendance for academic success.

Additionally, CUSD is excited to introduce a new semiconductor career and technical education program at Hamilton High School, marking a significant step as it becomes the first district in the nation to offer a standalone program in this field, collaborating with industry partners and major universities.
