Jared Barclay seeks funding for Meals on Wheels oven replacement in Idaho

Angie Lee, from Promise Ridge, a shelter for families facing housing crises, also addressed the council. She requested funding for a part-time house director who plays a vital role in supporting families through trauma and helping them access community resources. Lee described the shelter's environment, where families share living spaces and build supportive relationships, and expressed gratitude for past grants that have helped sustain their operations.
