Averill family unveils Riverfront Triangle hotel project in Downtown Missoula

The City of Missoula is set to experience a significant boost in tourism and local economy with the announcement of the Riverfront Triangle hotel and conference center project, developed by the Montana-based Averill Hospitality. This initiative, revealed during a recent government meeting, is expected to serve as a catalyst for revitalizing the West Broadway corridor, which has faced challenges in recent years.

Chad Bauer, CEO of the Missoula Area Chamber of Commerce, echoed these sentiments, welcoming the Averill family back to Missoula and highlighting the project's potential to create jobs and foster collaboration with local businesses. He underscored the commitment to community-driven investment, which includes sourcing materials locally and creating spaces that invite both locals and tourists.
