Superintendent Jennifer Green addresses Southfield High School Class of 2025 graduation

The Southfield High School for the Arts and Technology held its Senior Graduation ceremony for the Class of 2025 on July 1, 2025, celebrating a significant milestone for students, families, and the community. Superintendent Dr. Jennifer Green addressed the audience, highlighting the achievements of the graduates and the support of the school district's leadership.

In her speech, Dr. Green acknowledged the contributions of the Board of Education, including President Ashanti Bland and Vice President Yvette Wenderall, as well as other board members and the executive district team. She emphasized the collaborative effort that led to the success of the graduating class, referring to the support they received as being "on the shoulders of giants."
