Onyx project seeks approval for data center transformation at K 11 building

In the heart of Kenilworth, New Jersey, the Planning Board convened on May 15, 2025, to discuss significant developments that could reshape the borough's landscape. Two signs are proposed: one at the main entrance on the western side of the building and another on the eastern elevation, both designed to comply with local regulations.
