City Council outlines delays and enhancements for new outdoor water park project

The city has allocated $3 million for the project, with the YMCA contributing the remaining funds.

Council member Mr. Horn proposed an amendment to the contract, suggesting that the pricing structure for citizens should not take effect until the full season in 2026, acknowledging that this year will only feature a partial opening. The council agreed to this adjustment, ensuring fairness for the community.
