Traffic study reveals Brewer's Court capacity amidst local development concerns

The developers of the Brewer's Court project are required to contribute approximately $41,000 towards future improvements, including converting the intersection into an all-way stop to enhance safety and traffic flow.

Councilmember Dietz emphasized the importance of proactive measures to address traffic issues at Founders Parkway and Allen Way, suggesting that the council should advocate for more significant changes to improve traffic conditions. The council plans to revisit these concerns during discussions on the Transportation Master Plan later in the meeting.
