Barnigan High School honors students for exceptional kindness and support

The Barnegat Township School District held a meeting on November 26, 2024, where several students were recognized for their exceptional qualities and contributions to the school community. The meeting highlighted the importance of kindness, empathy, and support among peers, showcasing the positive impact these students have on their classmates and the overall school environment.

Among those honored was Lexi, who was praised for her nurturing nature. She provided emotional support to a fellow student in need, demonstrating her ability to be an upstander at Barnegat High School. Christian Naya was also recognized for his kindness and willingness to help others, fostering an inclusive atmosphere within the school.

Avery Davia received accolades for her hard work and dedication, often stepping in to assist classmates and ensuring no one feels left out. Eve Bodenheimer was commended for her caring attitude, always ready to help those around her, while Hayden was noted for her thoughtful approach to assisting classmates with their studies and ensuring inclusivity during playtime.

Brinley O'Connell was recognized for her attentiveness and compassion, helping friends and maintaining a supportive classroom environment. Lastly, Jacob Pizara was acknowledged for his advocacy for his peers, consistently offering help and support.
