Library recognizes Cindy Julander for 15 years of dedicated service

The Davis County Commission meeting held on July 1, 2025, celebrated the contributions of several long-serving employees from the county's health department and library system. The meeting highlighted the dedication and positive impact of these individuals on their respective departments.

Millie Sales, recognized for her five years of service in the information systems department, was commended for her exceptional attitude and commitment to helping others. Scott Morrow, her supervisor, praised her ability to handle initial phone calls and resolve issues efficiently. He noted her willingness to tackle challenges and her role as a mentor to newer team members, emphasizing her value to the county's tech team.

Mackenzie Williams was acknowledged for five years, while Michelle Groves and Isaac Gange were recognized for 15 years of service. Cindy Julander, also with 15 years of experience, received special praise from her colleagues, Matt Goff and Ellen Peterson. They highlighted her versatility, strong work ethic, and positive demeanor, recalling her journey from a substitute librarian to a full-time reference librarian.
