Cerritos Planning Commission approves Precise Plan 2025 and warehouse expansion proposal

The Cerritos Planning Commission meeting on July 2, 2025, focused on significant developments in local planning, including the approval of two precise plans aimed at enhancing the city’s infrastructure.

Senior Planner Jeremy Low presented the details of the proposal, and both he and Planning Manager Amanda Cunha were available to address any questions from the commissioners.
