Lubbock honors Gabe Mata for 6 Sigma black belt and Dina Pedrosa as licensed engineer

Gabe Mata, the process improvement analyst for the City of Lubbock, received high honors at the recent Special Recognition Ceremony for earning the prestigious Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
