Lewisville officials discuss redevelopment plans for former Chase Building site

Lewisville's Planning and Zoning Commission has made significant strides in enhancing the city's commercial landscape, particularly with the approval of a new Planned Development (PD) Light Industrial project. This initiative aims to replace the old Chase Building, previously occupied by Mister Cooper, with a modern office complex designed to attract new businesses to the area.
