Noy Valley Association allocates $230K for district improvements and community events

The association has also planted and maintains 202 street trees, along with 25 hanging flower baskets that add a touch of greenery and color to the district.

To ensure safety during peak shopping seasons, the Noy Valley Association employs additional security measures, partnering with the San Francisco Patrol Special to protect merchants and shoppers alike. Community engagement is a priority, with events such as an annual harvest festival in the fall and a spring Easter egg hunt designed to draw people into the neighborhood.

Additionally, the association is launching an intensive shopping promotion this December, aimed at boosting local business during the holiday season. They also manage two public bulletin boards, ensuring they remain clean and up-to-date, which helps foster a sense of community pride.
