The airport anticipates total parking revenues of approximately $739 million over the contract's duration, with net revenues projected at around $524 million. Of this amount, 15% will contribute to the city's annual service payment.

The Budget Analyst's report supported the resolution, summarizing expected expenditures and net revenues, and recommended approval of the new parking management agreement. The meeting concluded with an invitation for questions, ensuring transparency and engagement from the committee members.
