The security personnel must be licensed by the California Department of Consumer Affairs to ensure compliance and safety.

Following Officer Salmasen's presentation, the board opened the floor for questions, but no inquiries were raised. Representatives of the applicant, including John Gunton, were invited to approach the board to discuss their application further.
