Arlington celebrates sixtieth Independence Day Parade with record attendance and community spirit

The Arlington City Council meeting on July 5, 2025, celebrated the sixtieth anniversary of the Arlington Independence Day Parade, a significant milestone for the community. The parade, which began in 1965, has grown into one of the largest July 4th celebrations in Texas, attracting over 70,000 spectators annually.
