Caldwell City Council approves plans for Enclave Subdivision mixed-use development

The Caldwell City Council made significant strides in urban development during its recent meeting on July 8, 2025, approving a resolution that directs the Planning and Zoning Commission to review the Caldwell Renewal Plan.
