Keizer City Council modifies agenda to recognize lacrosse players for turf field grant

The Keizer City Council meeting held on July 7, 2025, commenced with the acknowledgment of Councilor Durand's absence, who communicated via email that he would not attend the meeting electronically. Consequently, the request for his virtual participation was withdrawn.
