Pocomoke developers propose market rate apartments on Old Virginia Road site

The proposal, backed by electrical engineers Germaine Xavier and Harold White of Miles and Main Property Group, aims to construct a three-story apartment complex featuring 15 market-rate units. Iot emphasized that the scale of this project is not only manageable but also appropriate for the community, providing much-needed housing while respecting the city’s character.
