Woodside Homes seeks approval for Summerlin subdivision setbacks amidst staff opposition

The Planning Commission meeting held on July 9, 2025, in Las Vegas focused on a land use entitlement project proposed by Woodside Homes of Nevada LLC. Chris Zriniyi, the civil engineer representing Woodside Homes, addressed the commission, providing details about the project and its alignment with the master plan.
