Her concerns were echoed by other residents, including Diana Marshall, who pointed out that nearby recreational facilities exacerbate traffic congestion, particularly during the summer months.

Liza Najera added to the discussion by noting that the existing infrastructure, including the lack of sidewalks in the Westside neighborhood, poses risks for children commuting to Flathead High School. She emphasized that the current traffic conditions are already strained, with morning commutes becoming increasingly difficult due to congestion from various sources, including the courthouse and bypass traffic.

Residents also questioned the necessity of the new apartment complex, citing several existing developments in the area that currently have vacancies. They urged the Planning Commission to reconsider the impact of such a large residential project on the established single-family neighborhoods.
