DeKalb City Council approves cannabis tasting room regulations for ExoLeaf Dispensary

Security measures are also a priority, with requirements for a locked area, security personnel, and a documented waste management plan for leftover cannabis products.

Maria Davis, co-owner of Exel Leaf Dispensary, addressed the council, expressing her commitment to community engagement and education through the tasting room. She highlighted plans for educational seminars on cannabis-related topics, wellness activities, and community-building events, aiming to create a space that goes beyond mere consumption.
